Ultimate Floor Finish delivers an IMMEDIATE extra bright shine without buffing. A long-lasting extra bright shine that stands up to high and ultra-high speed buffing and heavy traffic.

A premium quality, 25% solids, cross linked acrylic floor finish designed to give exceptional initial gloss with minimum amount of coats. Dries to a hard durable finish that withstands daily high traffic. Will respond beautifully to conventional, high, or ultra high speed floor equipment after weeks of wear and traffic when used with a spray buff or mop on restorer.Ultimate floor finish is an extremely versatile product which can be used with excellent results on resilient type floors, VCT, vinyl tile, terrazzo, concrete, sealed wood, and nearly any other type of floor.

Unexcelled as a base finish for future spray buffing and in addition, this finish will withstand repeated burnishing and continue to yield a glass like appearance time after time.

Meets or exceeds UL and CSMA standards for slip resistance (ASTM-D-2047-69)

Floor Maintenance:

Damp mop or sweep daily, or as frequently as necessary, to keep floor surface clean and free of dust, dirt, and extraneous matter. When mopping use a neutral, free rinsing detergent.

Where heavy traffic has abraded finish and reduced luster, a very thin coat can be used to restore gloss and add protection.

• Ultimate floor finish provides an excellent base for spray buffing which will enhance gloss and keep the floor looking its best.
• Burnishing: This product will withstand repeated high speed burnishing and will give a glass like appearance time after time.
• Stripping: Due to the unique formulation of this finish it is recommended that a concentrated floor finish stripper such as “Pour-N-Peel” be used to remove this product.

Directions:

Application: 2000 square ft. per gal.

For best results, initial application should be made on a dry floor that has been thoroughly stripped and well rinsed.

Finishing:

Apply a liberal coat of finish evenly across the floor with a clean mop or applicator. Allow each coat to dry at least 20 minutes before applying the next coat. Two or three coats are desired initially, depending on the condition of the floor and gloss desired.

Three coats will adequately seal the floor and give excellent gloss. However, if flooring is exceptionally porous, worn, or old, then additional protection may be required and a fourth coat may be necessary. Allow 20-30 minutes between additional coats.
