Content

Designed with 2 compartments, this bucket keeps fresh cleaning solution in the front compartment, while soiled water is directed into the rear compartment. This design maintains cleaner solution longer and reduces the amount of trips your staff has to make to empty, rinse, and replenish the bucket. Why Mop a Floor With Dirty Water?

The clean water in the front bucket is transferred to the back bucket during the wringing out process for excellent separation of the dirty water, no screens are required in the bottom of the bucket.

Baseboard Wax Stripper is a ready-to-use, heavy-duty cleaner packaged in an aerosol container. It is designed to remove heavy soils, wax, and floor finish buildup from hard surfaces. It will quickly remove multiple coats of floor finish or wax accumulation from baseboards, coves, stairs, and other hard-to-reach areas. Removes heavy wax build-up in hard-to-reach areas:

Areas of Use: Use to remove wax build-up from baseboards, cove molding, vinyl base, VCT floors, and ceramic wall tiles.

Directions:

Shake can well and invert before using. Before using, determine suitability and safety of product on surface to be cleaned. Hold can upside down. Spray wax stripper about 6 to 10 inches from baseboard or floor surface. A thin, even coating should cover the wax and soil. Do not apply to painted surfaces, immediately wipe off any over spray. Wait 2 to 3 minutes. Then wet scrub the surface using either a brown stripping pad or baseboard scrubbing brush. Rinse surface with water if necessary.

The F-15B's easily accessible, removable 3.5 gallon recovery tank and 3.5 gallon solution tank can be quickly filled, drained and cleaned away from the machine, ensuring less mess and minimal maintenance. All the machine components are easily accessible without the need for tools - including cleaning and maintaining the squeegee. When you're done cleaning, simply fold the handle and transport the F-15B to storage.

Note: Dust mopping or sweeping floor can be eliminated. The pocket mop's long looped design sweeps, dusts, and mops all at once.

Directions:

Fill solution bucket with a proper cleaner or disinfectant detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes on all 4 corners.
Place bucket on trolley along with dirty bucket.
Collapse frame by pressing button, line up edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to "snap" frame into mop.
Clean the floor.
Hold mop & frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.

*On average - a pre-treated flat mop has the capability of cleaning between 500-750 square feet of flooring before it's time to either re-treat or place in the discharge bucket. For healthcare facilities it's a recommended practice to use one mop per room. This greatly reduces any change of cross contamination.
