• *Tynex brushes are very aggressive, and only suitable for occasional use on aluminium escalators only (Do not use on escalators with a coated surface or powder coating as damage may result.

Directions:

1. Release the two locking pins securing the top cover and raise the cover to rest against the handle.
2. Disconnect the two hoses from the brush cover.
3. Tip the cowl forward to reveal the brush spindles.
4. Remove the brush retaining clips from the spindle ends and slide the brush on to the spindle engaging the narrow slot with the drive nib and refit the retaining clips.
5. Close the brush cowl and reconnect the two hoses.
6. Close the top cover and re-engage the locking pins.
