• The approximate life for these brushes is 300 hours
• The standard brushes are included with the machine

Cimex / Tornado Black Brushes – Tynex A Nylon (Heavy-duty)

• The approximate life for these brushes is 250 hours
• The bristles are impregnated with 80 grit silicone carbide to give that extra scrubbing bite to any dirty job
• The 4616 brushes are very aggressive and should only be used on aluminum escalators treads
• These brushes are not for use on escalators with a coated surface

Both the Nylon and Tynex brushes are packaged 2 brushes per set.

Directions:

Fitting the brushes

1. Release the two locking pins securing the top cover and raise the cover to rest against the handle.
2. Disconnect the two hoses from the brush cover.
3. Tip the cowl forward to reveal the brush spindles.
4. Remove the brush retaining clips from the spindle ends and slide the brush on to the spindle engaging the narrow slot with the drive nib and refit the retaining clips.
5. Close the brush cowl and reconnect the two hoses.
6. Close the top cover and re-engage the locking pins.
