Cimex / Tornado Black Brushes - Tynex A Nylon (Heavy-duty)
- The approximate life for these brushes is 250 hours
- The bristles are impregnated with 80 grit silicone carbide to give that extra scrubbing bite to any dirty job
- The 4616 brushes are very aggressive and should only be used on aluminum escalators treads
- These brushes are not for use on escalators with a coated surface

- *Tynex brushes are very aggressive, and only suitable for occasional use on aluminium escalators only (Do not use on escalators with a coated surface or powder coating as damage may result.
Directions:
Fitting the brushes
- Release the two locking pins securing the top cover and raise the cover to rest against the handle.
- Disconnect the two hoses from the brush cover.
- Tip the cowl forward to reveal the brush spindles.
- Remove the brush retaining clips from the spindle ends and slide the brush on to the spindle engaging the narrow slot with the drive nib and refit the retaining clips.
- Close the brush cowl and reconnect the two hoses.
- Close the top cover and re-engage the locking pins.
