This concentrated Carpet Cleaner is a highly effective cleaner and deodorizer, it's low foaming properties prevent build up in your recovery tank. Formulated for use with all types of carpet steam cleaning or extraction equipment and with all bonnet spray cleaning systems. It is recommended for the cleaning of any carpet made of color fast fibers, but its unique odor neutralizing feature makes it ideal for use in nursing homes, hospitals, locker rooms, children's nurseries, restaurants, and other locations where odors might develop before or after cleaning.

The Remover Ultra High-Speed Burnishing Pad with a special binder formulation effectively removes black marks and restores gloss. Removes black marks, heel marks, floor scuffs, and returns gloss to your floor in fewer passes than other pads while producing less dust. Ideal for harder finishes and high-traffic areas. Excellent durability and minimal floor finish removal.

The pad is used on cord electric, battery, or propane-powered floor machines. Also designed for use on other finishes resistant to degradation from burnishing.

General Use Directions:

Dust mop and clean the floor surface. The Microfiber Fusion dust mop may be effectively used for dusting floors.
**Note:** Burnish only on a clean floor.
Install the Eraser-type pad on a high-speed burnisher. It may be a corded electric, battery, or propane burnisher.
Burnish to a high gloss using overlapping passes.

Floor Pad Maintenance:

After burnishing, if the next burnishing will be with the same pad, leave the pad on the burnisher. Otherwise, remove the pad and store it.
Examine the pad and remove excessive dust and debris using the center "knock-out" disk.
Flip the pad periodically.
Discard the pad if the thickness decreases to the point where pad holder hooks extend completely through the pad.

Floor Pad Tip: The small circular cut-out in the center of the floor pad is for cleaning the pad. Simply remove it and brush the surface of the pad (both sides), re-insert it back in the center hole, and reuse it in the future.

It can be used in industrial and institutional areas such as motels, hotels chains, nursing homes and hospitals. This product neutralizes musty odors and tough odors from smoke, pet accidents, and spills on contact. Directions:

Vacuum carpet thoroughly prior to application.
Mix 2 ounces of product per gallon of water.
Follow the Injection and/or Extraction procedures as specified for any conventional cleaning equipment you are using.
For rotary floor machines, mix 4 ounces per gallon of water and spray on carpet at a rate of 300-500 sq. ft. per gallon.

Blue Lightning Neutral Floor Cleaner will not dull, haze or streak floor finish. Concentrated high dilution all purpose cleaners can be successfully used for damp mopping; however, inexperienced custodial personnel often times use too much cleaner, resulting in severe dulling of the floor finish.

Light duty / daily cleaning: Dilute 1/2 oz. per gallon of cold water.
