The DiamaScreen 400 grit screen provides surface scratch removal on concrete, natural stone and terrazzo floors. It is one of the most versatile and efficient solutions for floor restoration. Ideal for use on standard speed floor machines and automatic scrubbers up to 350 rpm pad speed.

400 Grit Scratch Removal Screen

This 400 grit screen when used on concrete or terrazzo will remove most surface scratches and imperfections in preparation for the next screen used in the process, 600 grit. If a higher level of gloss is preferred we recommend implementing the Twister pad system or the 600 grit Gold DiamaScreen as your next step.

The DiamaScreen system requires three items to complete the set

1 - Pad holder
1 - Standard floor pad - Red (match the size of the screen you're using)
1 - Center lock pad holder
1 - Safety ring (included)

The screens are sold in pairs and include (1) pad safety ring (centering ring), available in the following sizes: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20 inch diameter.

How much surface area can I cover with a DiamaScreen?

DiamaScreens can cover up to 30,000 square feet using a standard 350 rpm floor machine. Bear in mind, this assumes making one pass on a floor. If the floor requires 3 passes to achieve the desired results, your coverage will be 10,000 square feet per screen or 20,000 per case of 2 screens.

DiamaScreens are available in 3 grits:

Red 220 grit (most aggressive)
Orange 400 grit (moderate)
Gold 600 grit (least aggressive)

Heavily scratched floors may require starting with 400 or 220 grit screens. Use the 600 grit for producing a satin smooth surface. DiamaScreens are designed for use with water (not for dry use).

18" Microfiber Floor Finish Applicator Pad is excellent for use with a variety of flat mop applicators. The slight trapezoidal shape allows you to lay a smooth finish right up to the edge of the wall. The hook and loop backing is designed to withstand more launderings than most other backings and also allows the mop pad to attach more securely to the mop frame. The standard 5" width is designed to fit most microfiber flat mop frames.

The Microfiber Glass Cleaning Wipe is a low pile wipe that's great for cleaning glass, windows and mirrors, polishing chrome and metals. This glass polishing cloth has a very tight weave with a low pile that simply does not lint.

It's a light, soft and long lasting glass and shine cloth to remove and retain dirt streak free for easy cleaning. It can be used either dry or slightly damp.

Can I use bleach on microfiber?

No, it is not recommended to use bleach when washing your microfiber cloths. Using bleach causes the material to deteriorate, reducing the life of the microfiber.

Can I use fabric softener on microfiber?

No, fabric softener should not be used when washing your microfiber cleaning products. Microfiber works so well because of the open spaces in the fibers. When microfiber products are washed with fabric softener, these open spaces become clogged, which reduces the microfiber's effectiveness.

Directions:

If the MicroWipe becomes too dirty, it will begin to "streak". It's then time to wash the wipe. This is easily done by just throwing the wipe into any washing machine and washing with any soap or detergent. The only restriction is to never any type of fabric softener, bleach, or dryer sheet. The wipe will treat the fabric softener as if it was dirt. It will try to store the tiny particles of the softener in the towel fibers. This will clog up the micro fibers and render the towel ineffective.
