Effectively attacks both coffee and other natural tannins found in tea and coffee. Tann-X modifies and reduces the stain color intensity and also works wonders on old stains. Old coffee stains that have been left untreated for a while may affect dyes causing extremely deep brown stains. Coffee Stain Remover will modify and reduce the stain color and intensity.

Tann-X Coffee Stain Remover quickly and effectively removes both coffee and other natural tannin stains found in tea, cola, wine, urine, perfume, some inks, and dyes. Also effective on browning caused by over wetting, wicking of jute backing, or high alkaline conditions. Great for use on carpeting, clothing, or any type of area that may stain, including counter tops. - Tannin and browning stain remover - Designed for removal coffee and tea spots in carpeting - Will significantly lighten old, semi-permanent coffee stains - pH: 3.3 - 4.2 - Safe for stain resistant carpet - Ready to use A powerful spotter that safely removes the worst coffee stains from both carpet and upholstery. This ready-to-use product attacks both coffee and tea stains quickly and effectively, for easy and complete removal. - Tann-X Coffee Stain Remover #### Carpet and Upholstery: Do not dilute, blot up as much of the stain as possible (if still wet). Apply Tann-X directly to the stained carpet area. (Upholstery - sponge apply.) Allow Tann-X dwell time until tannin or browning is reduced or disappears. Extract as normal while applying a light spray of neutral detergent. If necessary, repeat procedures after carpet or upholstery has thoroughly dried.

Clean and Dry floors with Water Wand's twin foam rubber blades. Removes volumes of water from uneven floor surfaces: grouted tiles or non-slip and broadcast grid floors. These floor squeegees are constructed of rugged, durable galvanized steel and twin moss rubber blades (soft and flexible). The Water Wand floor squeegee is specially designed to dig deep into nooks and crannies in your floors to remove liquids, leaving the floor completely dry.

Our Microfiber Desk and Wall Cleaning Tools are designed to be used wet but they also work fine when used dry as a duster. When wet cleaning is desired they work best with conventional cleaners or disinfectants. Depending on the size of the job and the amount of mop pads you intend to use, you can simply wet the mop pad in the 3 gallon pre-treat bucket and attach them to the hand trowel or swivel tool.

Uses:

Microfiber Wall / Desk cleaning pads are effective for cleaning walls, desks, tables, chairs, cabinets, and cafeteria tables, faster than any other cleaning method.

Directions:

Fill the solution bucket with cleaning detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and place the Hand Trowel over the microfiber pad.
Lift the hand trowel from the pre-treat bucket and begin your cleaning procedure.
