| Description | Carpet Rinse Plus is a mildly acidic rinse that neutralizes the alkaline characteristics of most carpet cleaning chemicals and also enhances the efficiency of rinse extraction. Carpet Rinse removes detergent residue to avoid problems associated with ineffective rinsing such as coarse carpet texture, stickiness, and carpet re-soiling.

This necessary step will remove any residue remaining in the carpet fibers leaving a pleasant scent. Excellent for coffee, tea, and light rust stains. Safe on all carpet fibers including wool. The mild acid formula of Carpet Rinse Plus removes alkaline residues from cleaning surfactants and allows the carpet to dry between 5 and 7 pH. This conditions the carpet and eliminates browning of the carpet caused by oxidation.
This product enhances the removal of the detergent residue, neutralizes the alkalinity of the detergent residue, and acts as a dye fastener on the fabric.

Directions:First method: Most carpet manufacturers cleaning recommendations state that the carpet should be sprayed using a Pre-Spray & Traffic Lane Cleaner, or an extraction product on the carpet, allowing the chemical to dwell for 3-5 minutes to emulsify the greasy soil and dirt. Then follow up by diluting Rinse and Neutralizer in the water tank of your carpet extractor at 2-3 oz. per gallon of water. Extract carpets as you would normally clean. Second method: Dilute Rinse and Neutralizer in a sprayer at a 2-3 oz. per gallon ratio and lightly mist over the previously cleaned carpet, allowing to dry simultaneously. Third method: To remove chemical build up on extremely soiled carpets, dilute Rinse and Neutralizer in a carpet extractor at 2-3 oz. per gallon of water, and rinse the carpet before extraction, shampooing or bonnet buffing. Always test an inconspicuous area to determine colorfastness. Feature benefit: By using the Rinse & Neutralizer through the extraction machine, it prevents the jets from clogging which could cause streaking during extraction. | Twister Diamond Floor Pads are formulated to maintain and refresh Terrazzo, honed or polished natural stone, marble and concrete floors. Change to Twister Yellow and increase the luster, now the brilliance of the floor appears. Continue the process with Twister Green and the result will be an incomparably shiny and clean floor. For daily maintenance use Twister Green to maintain the floor’s shine and splendor. Program: Twister Intensive Exactly the same process as Twister Standard, although with each step being run through for 5-7 consecutive passes. The Twister Intensive method is performed outside the standard cleaning routine. Twister Intensive has the advantage of immediately upgrading the floor. Depending on the machine efficiency and the initial wear on the floor, large areas can be finished in one working day. On stone floors use Neutral Stone Cleaner during the upgrade phase. Program: Twister Extreme This is the ultimate method for creating extreme shine and luster. The floor is polished with a high-speed machine and Twister Green pad. All types of high-speed machines can be used.Expected Pad LifeWhen using a standard speed floor machine or automatic floor scrubber the life of a floor pad is between 200,000 - 250,000 square feet per pad.
