Disinfection:

Add two ounces of Fast Break per gallon of water. Remove heavy soil. Apply solution with a mechanical sprayer so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Allow to remain wet and then let air dry.

Bacterial Activity:

When used as directed, this product exhibits effective disinfectant activity against the organisms: Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella choleraesius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli 0157:H7, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (VRSA), Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VRE) and meets the requirements for hospital use.

Virucidal:

This product when used on hard, non-porous, inanimate environmental surfaces at 2 ounces per gallon of water for a 10-minute contact time (5% organic soil) is effective against Influenza A2-Asian, HBV (Hepatitis B Virus), Herpes Simplex Type 1, Herpes Simplex Type 2, Pseudorabies virus, and Vaccinia virus in 10 minutes. Kills human immunodeficiency virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (AIDS Virus) after 30-second contact time, and Polio Type 1 (Chat strain) after 30-minute contact time (5% serum). Canine Parvovirus after 10-minute contact time.

Mildewstat:

To control mold and mildew on pre-cleaned, hard non-porous surfaces (such as floors, walls, table tops) add 2 ounces of Fast Break per gallon of water. Apply solution with a cloth, mop, or sponge making sure to wet all surfaces completely. Let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mildew growth appears.
