If you are attaching the tool to a carpet extractor, simply use the Cuff-Lynx fitting which is installed at the end of the hose. Twist on to the male Cuff-Lynx on your extractor.
If you are using with a vinyl cuff, you will need to remove the Cuff-Lynx fitting from the vacuum hose and install the vinyl cuff and barb fitting (part # H655) which is included. To do this, turn the Cuff-Lynx clockwise to remove, and install the vinyl cuff by turning counter-clockwise.
