A new generation of environmentally friendly Synthetic Floor Finish designed to work on any type of synthetic floor due to its exceptional durability and flexibility.

• Ideal protector for rubber, PVC, marmoleum, rubber studded, linoleum, nora flooring, and asphalt flooring. This low-odor finish has the flexibility needed to protect a synthetic floor.
• This synthetic floor finish is specifically formulated to work on rubberized flooring due to its elastic properties that will prevent cracking.
• Meets today’s need for a product that contains no zinc or other heavy metals that can be harmful to wastewater treatment systems.
• This low-odor finish has the flexibility needed to protect a synthetic floor, while being tough enough to stand up to excessive wear that occurs on synthetic sport floors.

Directions:

The floor surface should be prepared with Neutral pH floor stripper prior to applying finish.

Elements Synthetic Floor Protectant is a unique coating designed to protect your floor, enhance the appearance, and make it easier to clean and maintain. Elements Synthetic Floor Protectant is formulated to stand up to scuffing, scratching, rubber burns, and heal marks.

• Apply a thin coat of elements Synthetic Floor Protectant and allow finish to fully dry. For best results use a micro-fiber applicator or a conventional finish mop.
• Coverage will depend on the porosity of the surface you are working on.
• 1 gallon of elements Synthetic Floor Protectant will cover 1200-1500 square feet of suitable surface.
• Repeat to a maximum of three coats, or until desired level of gloss is achieved.
• Please note, it is important that elements Synthetic Floor Protectant is applied in thin coats giving sufficient time – at least 30 minutes – between coats or hazing may occur.
