Content

Commercial Vapor Cleaning Machine (VS4) has a large steam tank and refillable reserve tank housed within. This two tank system permits continuous operation by permitting the addition of water during use (funnel included). Continuous cleaning is possible because the unit can be refilled at any time. There is no need to wait for the unit to cool down. The two tank system helps shorten heating times and reduce power consumption since only part of the water capacity needs to be heated at any given time. Steam pressure with 46.4 psi (3.2 bar) guarantees deep down cleaning.

Dual Tank System

The fresh water tank can be continually refilled, since the fresh water tank and the boiler tank are separate.
Since only part of the overall volume is heated at any one time, it takes very little time for a consistent steam pattern to form.

The VS4 offers hygienic cleanliness without chemicals. Infinitely variable control of moisture content spray from steam to hot water jet.

Hand dryers should be mounted between wash area and exit door. If multiple units, then there should be a minimum of 2 feet between units.

An infrared type proximity sensor turns the unit on and off automatically. Place your hands underneath the unit, and the blower and heating elements are activated. Take your hands away, and the dryer stops running, minimizing the use of electricity.

Our microfiber cleaning pads mops use less water, fewer chemicals for better cleaning and lasting results. This microfiber pad and trowel cleaning system is designed with you in mind: products that work together in a system to clean more effectively.

Clean hard, flat surfaces like tables, desks, and cabinets with the Microfiber pad attached to the hand trowel.
Clean vertical surfaces with the wall washing frame with swivel head and a telescopic handle.
Clean walls and other hard-to-reach surfaces with the high performance microfiber pad.

These microfiber cleaning pads are preferred by custodial staff and housekeeping professionals for cleaning classrooms and patient rooms. Directions:

Fill the solution bucket with cleaning detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and place the Hand Trowel over the microfiber pad.
Lift the hand trowel from the pre-treat bucket and begin your cleaning procedure.

Water-Based Urethane Gym Floor Finish is a one-part water-based urethane/acrylic wood finish that provides long-lasting beauty and protection to all wood floors. There is no mixing of a catalyst. It lays down easily with an applicator, is re-coatable in about two hours and ready for traffic in 24 hours. In addition to offering excellent black mark, spill and scuff resistance, this product is easily repairable with a high speed burnisher. Meets or exceeds all federal and state regulations for VOC content. Full Court is a single component water base wood floor finish (requires no catalyst be added). This is a "buffable" type of finish where the wood floor finish is catalyzed and a more permanent type of finish. The major advantage of Full Court is, it's simple. Easy to apply and no mixing is required. Easily repaired with a high speed burnisher and a soft floor pad. If you desire a more resistant finish we suggest "Commercial Wood Floor Finish".

Do not apply any Water Based Finish to wood floors that have been cleaned with Murphy's Oil Soap or similar products. The oil residue left behind will impede the ability for any water based finish to adhere to the floor surface. If you suspect this has occurred we highly recommend cleaning with Recoat Conditioner & Prep Cleaner and a follow up with Maintenance Cleaner prior to screening.
