Cimex 4862 Cimex Instalock pad holders (set of 3) for the R48 (19-inch) Cimex Machines. These pad holders are used for attaching floor and carpet cleaning pads to the Cimex. The Instalock holders firmly hold the pads for carpet and floor cleaning. In addition to holding carpet cleaning pads, these pad drivers can be used for any type of floor care pad too, not just pads for carpet cleaning.
