Description

Microfiber Damp Mop Charging Bucket is the ideal system for treating microfiber mops for cleaning and disinfecting floors. This system works particularly well in healthcare and classroom cleaning. The "top-down" treating method (this happens when you fill the charging bucket, add the mops, snap on the lid, and flip the bucket over) makes it fast and easy to charge up to 25 microfiber mop heads at one time.

Value loop blue wet mops offer high performance and durability for general purpose floor cleaning, floor stripping, and finishing. Unlike cut end disposable mops, looped end mops won't fray or unravel with use, which helps lower replacement costs and delivers increased performance.

Step By Step Instructions (pdf)

Fill solution bucket with a proper cleaner or disinfectant detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes on 4 corners.
Place bucket on trolley along with dirty bucket.
Collapse frame by pressing button, line up edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to snap frame into mop.
Clean the floor.
Hold mop & frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.

*On average - a pre-treated flat mop has the capability of cleaning between 500 -750 square feet of flooring before it's time to either re-treat or place in the discharge bucket. For healthcare facilities it's a recommended practice to use one mop per room. This greatly reduces any chance of cross contamination.

This is the best general purpose looped end wet mop for everyday cleaning. The blue yarn does a great job of keeping the mop looking good, unlike that of using a pure white mop. The headband material is secured to the yarn with six rows of lock stitching, no less than six stitches per inch with all edges hemmed.
Looped ends are laid side by side and secured to tailband with two rows of stitching, minimum of six stitches per inch.
