Description

The 10 foot modular Unger indoor window / glass cleaning kit includes everything you need to clean and maintain glass surfaces. Forget the window squeegee and ladder. This is the most efficient indoor cleaning tool ever developed. The Stingray utilizes several features to overcome the challenges associated with indoor window cleaning, such as re-arranging of furniture and electrical equipment for safe access and reaching high or unusually positioned windows, and delivers outstanding cleaning results.

Stainless Steel squeegee channels fit all Unger handles.

The Unger HydroPower DI water system uses resin to achieve that streak free clean that window cleaning professionals desire. Resin is capable of producing 100% pure water for streak free cleaning instantly. The HydroPower DI systems use revolutionary technology to maximize the performance of the resin. The distribution plate within the DI tank allows water to flow more evenly over the resin such that all of it will be used, unlike standard systems in which the water only flows through the center of the resin cartridge.

This Quick Change resin takes less than a minute to change the bag.
Available in single bag pails for the single tank and dual tank systems, or a case of 4 bags for the quad tank system.

The Stingray is a modular system designed to clean glass panels and windows up to 10 feet (more depending on your reach). The handheld cleaning unit consists of a triangular cleaning head equipped with a microfiber pad. The head is flexible and has an embedded spray jet in the center. The body of the unit can be opened to change the glass cleaner pouch and to change batteries. The handheld unit can be used as a hand tool or can be extended/collapsed with extension poles. The activation button on the back of the unit is used to release the glass cleaner.

Directions:

Every pole section has its own activation button to start the pump. 1. Before beginning a new cleaning job or when using a new pad, press the trigger or activation button for five seconds to pre-moisten the pad. During the cleaning process, use as little liquid as possible. If you need to re-moisten the pad, hold the trigger or activation button for about one second. You don't need to use much cleaning liquid. Because the pad is made from high performing microfiber material, it only needs to be damp to achieve the best cleaning results. 2. When window cleaning, start by cleaning the window frames. Beginning in one corner, clean the outer edge of the window being sure to keep contact with the frame. 3. Once the outer area is cleaned, in all four corners and along all four edges, clean inner area of window.

The Unger stainless steel window squeegee channels are designed with a notched system when used with a quick release handle securely holds the squeegee rubber and channel preventing slipping side to side, wobbling, or bending.

What is DI (deionizing, ion exchanger)?

Water is flown through a cylinder that is filled with ion exchanger resin.
The ions to be replaced (electrically loaded particles) are bound to the resin, which in turn releases ions itself.
In the process, the water is softened, i.e. all minerals (salts) are removed from it.
The process works only as long as there are enough ions available in the resin.
After this, the resin must be "regenerated or replaced" by means of a chemical process or replacement of the resin as shown above.

All 4, 6 liter bags of resin are packaged inside an airtight, resealable plastic pail if ordering 59HPB24.

How to change a resin bag:

Press the fast lock button.
Lift the cover off.
Remove the expired bag of resin.
Insert the new bag of resin.
Replace the cover and continue working!

The resin replacement bags are easy to install and hassle free. You can change the resin in less than 1 minute.
