Our in House Test

One test we perform in determining the TRUE performance of the quality of the the liner is to measure the actual capacity and strength. This is not performed in a laboratory, rather in our warehouse with real people.

We tested the weight capacity of a 55 gallon Futura clear liner by filling the bag with 5 gallon boxes weighing in at 46 pounds each. View the photos for the test results.

Directions:

1. Fill solution bucket with a proper cleaner or disinfectant detergent.
2. Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
3. Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
4. Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
5. Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes on all 4 corners.
6. Place bucket on trolley along with dirty bucket.
7. Collapse frame by pressing button, line up edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to "snap" frame into mop.
8. Clean the floor.
9. Hold mop & frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.
