• Change the paper filter bag frequently if vacuuming fine particles like powder or fine road dust. Some fine particles can restrict airflow very quickly and will decrease performance even before the bag appears to be full.
• Change the filter bag when it becomes 2/3 full.
• While vacuuming fine particles such as power, plaster dust, etc., change bags more frequently.

The LX-30 is a walk behind, single operator machine used to restore unfinished, old or worn concrete and terrazzo floor surfaces. Part of the heavy restoration process of the LX-30 is a fast, efficient and affordable propane powered grinding and polishing machine for concrete, terrazzo and stone floor surfaces.

The LX-30 is one of the most versatile, user friendly machines on the market. More than just a grinder and polisher, the LX-30 is ideal for coating removal, surface preparation, floor grinding and floor polishing. Operators can easily change between metal, semi-metal and resin diamonds to coating removal, floor stripping or scrubbing pads with little down time.

The LX-30 machine offers a mid-range grinding and polishing solution for medium to heavy duty floor preparation and finishing. The LX-30 utilizes a KOR MD Gearbox and medium-weight design to achieve rapid productivity on all surfaces. The LX-30 comes in a floating head design.

Shipping rates range from $300 - $450 depending on final destination. Residential deliveries may incur an additional charge of $75 - $125.

Packaging

Directions:

1. Release the two locking pins and raise the top cover.
2. Push the top edge of the cardboard collar of the bag towards the rear of the machine until the bag is released from the vacuum tubes, and carefully remove the bag for disposal.
3. Insert new bag pushing the rubber seals firmly over the tube ends until the cardboard collar is flat against the machine wall.
4. Close the top cover and locking pins.
5. The filter bag should be regularly replaced, and the hoses checked for blockages. If a bag bursts ensure that the filter is removed and cleaned before replacing with a new one. IMPORTANT - The filter must be dry before replacing.
