The Governor toilet tissue dispenser is a two roll tissue dispenser that dispenses all types of universal bathroom tissue. The roll of tissue is under constant tension for controlled delivery which saves tissue and money by eliminating waste. The dispenser is constructed from impact resistant ABS plastic. The anti-theft pin on the spindles prevents theft, especially in areas of high traffic and consumption. The anti-theft design also makes this a perfect toilet tissue dispenser for areas in which theft is a concern.
