Executive ToolKit JobCostPro has the ability to transfer its time cards and employees to QuickBooks. You must own, and have installed, either QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Premier for this option to work.

Whenever Executive ToolKit needs to read or write information from QuickBooks, QuickBooks must be running. Executive ToolKit will ask you if you want to open QuickBooks, if you choose Yes, wait for QuickBooks to load; if you choose No, the task you are trying to perform will cancel or abort.

Enabling this option changes some Main Menu items, the way you setup Job Numbers, and QuickBooks Payroll Items are used instead of Executive ToolKits Pay Types. In addition, Rate Cards are not available when using QuickBooks.
