Description

Formulated using MicroEmulsion 3G Technology, Super Duty Degreaser is a low toxicity, low VOC, and readily biodegradable cleaner. It is highly concentrated and is specially designed to address the environmental, safety, and health concerns of the day: house keeping professionals no longer have to worry about the environment or the safety of others with this cleaner/degreaser.

This Lambswool Floor Finish Applicator with wood block will give professional results when applying oil based finishes. Lambswool applicator pads include a 2 piece hardwood block with plated hardware. Pads are effective in both domestic and commercial settings.

PrecisionFlo Elements Super Duty Degreaser, E12 is a formulated blend of ingredients in Super Duty Degreaser combine to lift and emulsify soils, fats, and grease without the use of solvents. Housekeeping professionals can clean without worrying about harsh chemicals harming the environment or anybody in the room. Leave floors smelling pleasant without having to worry about adding to industrial sludge.

Super Duty Degreaser can be used to clean most hard surfaces, such as walls, tile & grout, and food processing and service areas.

This product is designed for use with the PrecisionFlo Dispensing system.

Packaging

PrecisionFlo Super Duty Degreaser is packaged in 2 x 80 ounce containers per case.

Directions:

For general cleaning of floors, walls, and fixtures: Dispense diluted solution and apply with a mop, sprayer, or sponge. Allow to stand a few moments and wipe off or rinse clean with water.
For food processing areas and equipment: Dispense diluted solution into a bucket or spray bottle. Mop, spray, or sponge onto surface and allow to stand a few moments. Surfaces that come directly in contact with food require a potable water rinse; otherwise rinsing is not usually necessary.
For heavy-duty degreasing and industrial cleaning: Dispense diluted solution into a bucket or spray bottle. Mop, spray, or sponge onto surface and allow to stand at least 5 minutes. Scrub or brush thoroughly and rinse with clean water.

Use unheated tap water when diluting product.

How to prep a Lambswool Pad prior to use:

Immerse the lambswool pad in a paint pan filled with mineral spirits for 5 to 10 minutes. This allows the lambswool pad to be more absorbent and help it spread urethane evenly.
Remove the lambswool pad from the mineral spirits and wring it out, allow the pad to remain damp but not soaked.
Install the lambswool pad on the applicator head by loosening the two wing nuts that hold the two pieces of the head together.
Wrap the lambswool pad around the bottom part of the head so that the wool is facing out. Make sure there is an even amount of the pad overlapping the top of the head on both sides.
Place the upper wood block onto the bottom block, sandwiching the lambswool pad between the two parts. Tighten the wing nuts to secure the pad in place.

How to apply finish with a Lambswool Applicator:

Open the container of oil base finish and pour it into a paint tray.
Dip the bottom of the lambswool pad into the finish. Drag the pad lightly across the edge of the paint tray to remove excess finish from the pad.
Place the lambswool pad on the surface of the wood and begin applying the urethane in long, even strokes going with the grain of the wood. When the finish becomes uneven, dip the pad back into the tray and re-wet.
Continue applying the finish until the entire surface of the wood is covered.
