Description

This product is specially formulated for carpet pre-treating on high traffic lanes of carpet prior to extraction cleaning. The built in emulsifier dissolves the stubborn greasy soil for deep cleaning, and more importantly, reduces the resoiling rate of the carpet.

The Navigator Dilution Control System is a simple way to optimize cleaning performance while lowering cost, saving space, and reducing waste. This wall-mounted dispenser accurately dispenses 4 different products and rinse water with a push of a button. You can now keep up to 4 cleaning products in one spot with this easy to operate dilution control system!

The bottles that are designed to fit the dispenser are a closed system 2 liter bottle with the metering tips pre-installed into each one.

Tough and resilient, the #86 hand pads resist snagging or tearing and will not shred. Additionally, they can be used wet or dry, will not rust, oxidize or cause metal contamination. Excellent coarse grade pad for removing excessive grease and burned on foods from pots, pans, ovens and broilers, as well as removing rust and corrosion.

Folding Mop Holder (microfiber pocket style) head attaches to a telescopic aluminum mop handle which can be adjusted to the operator's correct height. The flat mop holder accepts pocket style mops that quickly attach to the frame. Simply remove the mop from the "charge" bucket and place the frame onto the mop and "snap" it closed. It's that easy.

PreTreat Plus Traffic Lane Cleaner - Ultra low residue formula combines powerful solvents and detergents to release soils. Designed for use as a pre-spray in heavily soiled areas or as a spin bonnet cleaner for interim maintenance. Safe on all types of carpet.

Use in conjunction with Fiber All Plus extraction carpet cleaner, for pre-treating traffic lanes prior to shampooing or extracting; for bonnet cleaning; as a pre-soil break or general-purpose spotter.

An effective chemical blend formulated to clean carpet areas that are heavily encrusted with grease, oil, and traffic soil. It is an excellent general spotter that will break down most food and light oil stains commonly found in carpeting.

Directions For Use:

Vacuum carpet thoroughly.
Test carpet for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area before any method of cleaning.
If the carpet is stain-treated, it is not necessary to spot clean prior to cleaning.
If the carpet is untreated, spot clean first.
Always dilute product before use.

Pre-spray:

Dilute 1:8 (16 oz. per gallon) Apply PreTreat Plus through a pump-up or pressure sprayer applicator. Pay particular attention to traffic lanes and heavily soiled areas.

Allow pre-spray to dwell for 5-15 minutes. For maximum results, rake carpet to loosen matted carpet fibers in traffic areas to increase soil removal. Extract with Carpet Rinse Plus, or your favorite extraction cleaner according to label directions.

Rotary Spin Bonnet:

Dilute 1:16 (8 ounces per gallon of water).

Spray Method:

Mix solution in a pump-up or pressure sprayer applicator. Generously pre-spray carpet and allow 5-10 minutes dwell time. Do not allow to dry. Lightly spray the bonnet pad before bonnet cleaning. As the pad becomes soiled, turn over or replace.

Immersion Method:

Immerse bonnet pad in diluted solution, then wring out tightly. Position bonnet on rotary floor machine. When both sides of the pad are soiled, rinse in clear water, wring out tightly, and re-soak in cleaning solution before proceeding.

The Pocket Style mop holder system is designed to allow the user to place the mop head on the frame and remove to the laundry with No Handling of the soiled mop. The microfiber mops are secured to the frame by two pockets and a clip. The frame is 'broken' by pressing a button with the foot and the mop remains attached until a small clip is released.

Step By Step Instructions (pdf)

Fill solution bucket with a proper cleaner or disinfectant detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and forth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes place on 4 corners.
Place bucket on trolley along with dirty bucket.
Collapse frame by pressing button, line up edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to "snap" frame into mop.
Clean the floor.
Hold mop & frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.

*On average - a pre-treated flat mop has the capability of cleaning between 500-750 square feet of flooring before it's time to either re-treat or place in the discharge bucket. For healthcare facilities it's a recommended practice to use one mop per room. This greatly reduces any change of cross contamination.
