Description

The flexible screen trap surrounding the enzyme block helps to trap debris thus reducing costly drain clogs. Each flush releases enzymes that help to break down odor causing bacteria in the urinal. The blue coloring in the water lets you know the enzymes are being spread, in turn working to clean the urinal.

The Surface Prep Pads require only neutral cleaner or water to effectively remove floor finish, preparing the floor for finish application. The product can be used on vinyl tile, VCT, terrazzo, concrete and other floor types.

The urinal screen incorporates an enzyme block that helps deodorize, clean and prevent mineral buildup in urinals. The flexible screen makes it easy for the enzymes to flourish while maintaining the drain lines. Every flush releases a fresh apple fragrance. Enzyme Deodorant Block

The enzymatic deodorant block contains surfactants and chelates that cleans and deodorizes with an apple scent. Additionally, coloring agents are released with each flush so you know that the block is working properly.

Coated with specialized abrasive for rapid, smooth cutting of floor finish. Surface prep pads are used with water or neutral cleaner instead of harsh stripping chemicals - No chemical strippers needed!

Cleaning / Stripping Process Using the SP Pad

Directions for Use: 1. Surface Preparation Pad can be run on auto-scrubbers or swing machines. 2. Use the SPP - Surface Preparation Pad with Rinse Free Neutral Cleaner Concentrate. 3. A flexible backer floor pad, such as the white or red floor pad can be used to hold the SPP Surface Preparation Pad. 4. After scrubbing, rinse floor with water. 5. Once floor is dry, dust with microfiber dust mop or vacuum. 6. Apply new coats of floor finish. The SPP (Surface Prep Pads) are designed to be used on both sides with pads typically being flipped to the second side after approximately 3000 -3500 square feet of use in wet applications or 2,000 - 2,5000 when used dry. Pad Cleaning: If pads can not be rinsed right away, pads should be placed in a plastic liner after use to prevent finish residue from drying onto pad before rinsing. Pad may be rinsed under a faucet or with a hose. A pressure spray nozzle will remove residue most effectively. Hang pads vertically to dry. Steps to Refinish Wood Floors Step 1: Clean the floor with appropriate floor cleaner to rid gum, black heel marks and other foreign articles. Step 2: Read finish manufacturer's label to obtain recommended Sanding Screen grit or Surface Preparation Pad System to use on oil based polyurethane or water based urethane coatings. Step 3: Use an ordinary rotary floor machine equipped with a pad driver. Place a white or red floor pad on the pad driver and place the Surface Prep Pad on the floor pad. The floor pad is used between the pad driver and surface prop pad. Step 4: Run the Surface Preparation Pad dry to scuff the gym floor finish. Be careful not to remove court-marking lines. Step 5: Remove the dry residue by vacuuming. Step 6: Tack-clean the floor to remove all fine dust. Step 7: Apply new floor finish following finish manufacturer's instructions.

Note: Dust mopping or sweeping floor can be eliminated. The pocket mop's long looped design sweeps, dusts, and mops all at once.

Directions:

Fill solution bucket with a proper cleaner or disinfectant detergent.
Place mops microfiber side face down in clean bucket (orange).
Pour solution back and fourth over mops.
Place lid on bucket, making sure seal snaps in place on all 4 corners.
Flip bucket over and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes on all 4 corners.
Place bucket on trolley along with dirty bucket.
Collapse frame by pressing button, line up edges of frame in front of opening of pockets and press firmly to "snap" frame into mop.
Clean the floor.
Hold mop & frame above waist level, push button on frame to release bottom of mop. Place mop and frame in dirty bucket and pull frame away leaving the dirty mop in bucket.

*On average - a pre-treated flat mop has the capability of cleaning between 500-750 square feet of flooring before it's time to either re-treat or place in the discharge bucket. For healthcare facilities it's a recommended practice to use one mop per room. This greatly reduces any change of cross contamination.
